    The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their criteria, and finding living spaces that fit these criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Actively seeking out potential clients and converting them into new sales opportunities.
    2. Responsible for building good relationships with clients.
    3. Develop sales strategies and visualize the set targets till the accomplishment.
    4. Setting up meetings with potential clients and conducting property visits.
    5. Responsible for generating revenue by selling property.

    Location - Noida

    Minimum Experience - 5 Months

    Salary - Depends upon the interview

    Responsibilities

    • Stage and show living spaces
    • Advertise and market living spaces
    • Finds and reaches out to new prospects
    • Discover clients' criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria
    • Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client

     

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of sales experience
    • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
    • Strong communication skills
